What's in Delaware?
TPAIRR! Trailer Park Artist in Residence Rehoboth!
TPAIRR is located off of the Coastal Highway in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware. Our trailer park sits in a rare setting between America's growing strip malls & outlet stores & two beautiful state parks, the Atlantic Ocean, and breathtaking marsh lands.
Trailer Park Artist in Residence annually bestows up to 5 individual artists and 2 artist families a unique opportunity to relax, connect, and enjoy Coastal Delaware. Open to artists of all mediums who would like the space to breathe, be with nature, and live in an uncommon setting.
Our definition of artist does not exclude anyone. We are all artists regardless if we call ourselves such or not. However, we are asking you to describe a project you would like to have time to think about, need the space to reflect on a recent project, or are just looking to connect with your inner self, your family, and/or nature.
Each residency length ranges from 1-7 days during the autumn months of September - November.
TPAIRR is currently relocating and expanding our offerings!
Stay tuned for new things in 2024!

Is there wifi? No, The public library is 1 mile from our home as well as cafe's with wifi access.
Is there a public telephone? No, but cellphone reception works well.
Does the shower really shut off after 2 minutes? Yes. The power in the whole house is set to shut off after 2 minutes. You'll notice that the water will run cold right before the power shuts off. It helps to be conscious of your water/electricity usage.

Is 2020 the first year you are accepting family applications? Yes! We have recognized the need and have made space to make it happen.
Is there peace, love, unity, & respect here?
